10x研究介绍

单细胞转录组分析(scrna-seq)是一项相当年轻的技术,也是目前最热点的研究方向之一。10x genomics单细胞转录组测序是基于油包水液滴进行单细胞分离,并针对单个细胞内的mrna 进行扩增和高通量测序的一项新技术。单细胞表达谱的绘制能够完美地揭示细胞间基因表达的异质性,从复杂生物样本中发现稀有细胞类型。10x genomics单细胞转录组测序适用于绝大部分细胞类型,并且被广泛应用于肿瘤免疫、肿瘤靶向治疗、肿瘤微环境、非肿瘤相关复杂疾病、发育与细胞分化及植物研究等方向。2019年以来,10x genomics单细胞转录组测序已经发表近百篇文章,10分以上有60%之多。前沿领域,需要的是马上行动起来!看看下面的研究思路是不是能为你带来新的提示呢?
